Joe was 16yrs old when he was killed in a car crash driven by a driver who was speeding and collied with a tree.Joe was a happy,fun loving,100mph loveable kid.He was a charmer+everyone loved him espeacially his smile xx Joe was "my boy" and i was+still am so proud ov him.My life is so empty without him.Joe also has a sister aged 10 whose hero has now gone to a better place+she misses him so much,its heartbreaking
